Therapeutic Massage Therapy - 60 mins $100 + hst

Depending on your needs, this treatment is either full body or only specific areas that need attention, such as tight muscles.
Therapeutic massages utilize a variety of techniques that help restore the body's natural functioning. It implements light to firm touch to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and imparts a sense of calm throughout the body.

Deep Tissue Therapy - 60 mins $100 + hst

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time. 

 

Lymphatic Drainage - 60 mins $100 + hst

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specific form of therapeutic massage developed in 1932 that is gentle, non-invasive, and has a powerful effect on the body stimulating the lymphatic system.

MLD is highly effective in treating pre/post-surgery edema (swelling); lymphedema; post cancer edema; acute sprains/strains; swelling associated with chronic pain and fatigue; pregnancy edema etc.

Trigger Point Therapy - 60 mins $100 + hst

The objective of trigger point therapy is releasing or softening a muscle knot to reduce (or eliminate) the knot pain and associated pain. This release happens by applying various levels of pressure to muscle knots, and then stretching the affected areas through a complete range of motion.

Swedish Massage Therapy - 60 mins $100 + hst

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. 

 

Hot Stone Therapy - 60 mins $100 + hst

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.
