My mission is to help you heal. I want you to leave your treatment feeling better, but my priority is your overall health.
You will reap the benefits of massage if it becomes a regular part of your life. My goal is for us to work together to take better care of your health, long-term.
Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.
I am excited to help others achieve health and wellness through my work as a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated from the Oxford College in 2018 and is in good standing with the CMTO. I also took Physiotherapy/Occupational Assistant at Anderson College in 2016, Health Care Aide at Stratford College & Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the Philippines.
With my education and hands-on training, I am certainly confident & passionate about giving the best care possible to each client. I uses a combination of therapeutic massage techniques including, but not limited to: general Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, myofascial release, manual lympathic drainage & hot stone massage therapy.
I also love to help by volunteering. I had volunteered at the Caregiver Event, Canadian Blood Services event, Rexall One walk to fight against cancer, Goodlife kids foundation, Pride Event in downwtown Toronto and Hockey event at Woodbine.
